Good news and a bit of failure

I don't go to school on Saturdays and Sundays, so I was not keeping in touch at least these two days. And I was a little bit down to see what happened to my blog. LOL. But the paprika is doing very OK. Rock on!

Closer look to sprouting peppers and others

This week has been rainy, however it doesn't affect so much to my plants. The only thing is that it brings the cloudy atmosphere to the sky. And that makes me need a good time to get them out in the sun.

The Bell Pepper seed does germinate

A little bit surprise this morning when I saw that the Paprika-plant-to-be is there. It is alive and ready to grow. I really hope that my camera can capture it...

The sign of some leaves on Moong Bean and new collection

Today a friend of me send me a new collection of Chinese evergreen (Aglaonema commutatum). A good sign on the blossoming of the new leave appears on Moong bean. Can't wait until I can see how the new leaves would be like.

The Moong Bean gets stronger

Yesterday was extremely cloudy, and I could not got good time to expose those beans to the sun. I decided to support them with a splint made of chopstick ;). and it works, they look so strong now.

Updates on the plants

Now, this is the condition of the plants today. I think everyone of them is doing good, except for the Moong bean, which is too tall to be true. May be because of the lack of sunlight. I am planning to get them out in the sun for one or two hours.

One more sprout came out today on Day 08

Still waiting for the germination to be completed, Day 02

Little sign of change, still hoping the best, Day 02

It's getting a little bit too tall. Need some lights. Day 08

A brand new start: my garden

Welcome kind readers and friends,

One of my hobbies since I was young is gardening. Well, I mean planting little plants in my tropical country Indonesia, not quite a real garden. I really enjoy to see some plants grow and tend them faithfully.  Ever since I am working indoor almost a half of my waking hours, I really miss the opportunity to take care and to nurture some plants.
Thus here I go with a slightly random idea of planting edible plants in my working space at third level of this building. Keep my fingers crossed.
Here are some of my plants across my window:

Trying the bell peppers on rock wool. fingers crossed.

I will try my best to give you updates on this brand new collection. Have your good day, all!
